The utmost care is taken with all prints and orders and each order is dealt with individually.

Returns, refunds and exchanges are not available as pieces are made especially for you.

Please note that any print sold that has been taken with a drone has the following disclaimer note on the listing to make the customer aware - "please note as this is a drone shot, pixelation and graininess may occur when this image is printed in larger sizes and when viewing the print close up the image may appear of lesser quality. Drone images are recommended to be viewed from a distance. This print can take on the look of  a painting once printed and will not necessarily hold quality of a professional camera print ."

Digital downloads: As this is a digital product we can’t accept returns, refunds, exchanges or cancellations. The final project of the artwork will be determined by the quality of the printer and the paper stock that you choose.
